This all-day event, started as a fundraiser for motorcycle enthusiasts to support the fight against cancer in 2006, is now open for all to join. There will be music, food, riding, shopping and fun for all. Participants from all over the Front Range and beyond will gather to raise awareness and financial support for the fight against cancer. The general public is invited to join in on the Ride, Drive, Walk and Shop For A Cure at The Shops at Northfield Stapleton.
The 3rd Annual Rocky Mountain Ride For A Cure will be held at the south parking lot of Bass Pro Shops at Northfield Stapleton (just north of I-70 at the Northfield/Quebec St. exit). Map
Participants will register for the Ride For A Cure Poker Run starting at 8:15 AM (Pre-registration at www.rc2ac.org) in the south lot near Bass Pro Shops. There will be wake-up music, a pancake breakfast, coffee from Starbucks and all-day activities including BBQ from Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Q and a concert featuring Dotsero!
The event will also feature a Bike Show/Contest, an event marketplace and a Celebrity Photo Shoot for participants and their bikes (celebrity guests to be announced). A mobile mammography van and the missing children Task Force identification program will also be on site. Other children’s activities will include face painting and a “Stick-Motorcycle Race and Rodeo”.
The Rider's Choice Poker Run will have at least twelve optional stops and will feature the Fortune Valley Casino in Central City, the Buffalo Rose in Golden and is receiving unprecedented support from these Denver-area motorcycle dealers:

Upon return from the poker run, participants will be treated to a “dinner/snack” from Jim ‘N Nick's Bar-B-Q, a concert by Dotsero (a very popular, high energy, jazz band from Jazz @ Jack’s in Denver) and more!
As a prequel to the Ride event, Dotsero is hosting a “Sneak Peek” Evening with Dotsero at 7:00 PM, on Saturday, April 5th, at Jazz @ Jacks. Doors open at 6:30 PM.
